Baby Boy Chocolate Bars

This is my last month at work towards maternity leave before I give birth to my baby boy next next month, and my family and I are super excited and looking forward to meet our little man.  As a little thank you to my colleagues, I gave them a little treat specially wrapped of course.

Ruby Rock-It Brands materials: Baby Boy collection, Fundametals White Cardstock

Ranger Distress Inkpads: Spiced Marmalade, Broken China, Black Soot, Foam Applicators

Other: tag punch, scallop trimmer, sentiment stamp, ribbon, flowers, mists

First I trimmed the Bella Baby Boy papers to size and then trimmed the top and bottom part with a scallop trimmer.  Ink the edges with the Spiced Marmalade Distress Ink and applicator, and then wrap this around the chocolate bar.

Lay all the bars on a flat surface and spray some shimmery yellow mist and let dry.  Do the same process with a blue mist and let dry.  Add as much or as little as you want, alternatively you can skip this step.

Punch some tags from the Fundamentals White Cardstock and ink the edges with the Broken China Distress Ink and applicator.  Apply the sentiment stamp in the middle of the tag with the Black Soot Inkpad and let dry.  Trim the ribbon to size and run these through the tags and tie it in the middle of the cocolate bars to finish.

And that’s my Baby Boy Chocolate Bars.  They are easy and fun to make and are great little thank you gifts.  Check out the full range at the Ruby Rock-It Brands website HERE, or at a Spotlight store near you.

See you next month with some bubba news.

Cheers,
